My journey began with a successful career as a Chartered Accountant in the corporate world—one that ultimately led to burnout. Walking away from that chapter was a defining moment. I knew I never wanted to experience that again, and more importantly, I wanted to help others avoid the same path.
Since then, I have qualified myself in multi-disciplinary fields: exercise science, brain health licenced trainer, accredited NeuroCoach, whole-brain practitioner, resilience, high-performance practitioner and John Maxwell Certified Leadership Trainer.
A decade later and I am living my dream: owning 5 businesses across diverse industries while pursuing a masters’ degree in Happiness Studies (Science of Wellbeing) BUT now I am living a balanced, fulfilled, and meaningful life.
My mission is to co-create happier, healthier and wealthier individuals, families, organizations and communities.
